Part of a Series
The platform is part of a series of several models that I designed for my model railway (N gauge).
I will gradually release more models.
The Model
Every station also needs a suitable platform. Since there wasn't one for my needs, I designed one myself in CAD. The platform is 46mm wide and should therefore fit between two parallel tracks (at least in N gauge).
The platform is based on a relatively modern DB platform in Germany, features a precast concrete look towards the tracks, and I chose cobblestones as the surface. Additionally, there are guide lines for visually impaired people and manhole covers to drain water on the top. The platform has a bronze-colored roof, a staircase underpass, and an elevator to get to the other side.
The model is already ready for multi-color printing, but can also be printed in a single color to save printing time and then colored afterwards. The entire platform is approximately 540mm long and 46mm wide. However, it can also be built modularly by dividing or extending it at each visible separation.
However, its size can easily be changed in Bambu Slicer so that it fits scales such as H0 (1:87) or TableTop, etc.
Instructions
The roof needs to be glued together as it has a flat angle; the roof supports also need to be glued on.
The railing, stairs, and handrail also need to be assembled and/or glued.
Since the model is very small and delicate, you urgently need a 0.2mm nozzle for printing!
If printed with a larger nozzle, many details such as the manhole covers and cobblestones will not be printed at all.
