Description

This versatile, wall-mountable clamp is designed to securely hold pipes, hoses, or cables in any workshop, garage, or household setting. Using the built-in configurator, you can adjust every aspect of the clamp to fit your specific needs:

  • Exact Sizing: Set the precise outer diameter of your pipe and the desired height of the mount.

     

     

  • Strength & Flex: Modify the wall thickness and opening angle to control how much force is needed to snap the pipe in.

     

     

  • Mounting Specs: Customize the screw thread and head diameters to match your existing hardware.

     

     

  • Lip Geometry: Fine-tune the flare length and angle for optimal ergonomics.

     

     

Printing & Materials

  • Objects: This is a single-part print.

     

     

  • Colors & Materials: Print multiple units in various colors to color-code your plumbing, electrical conduits, or pneumatic lines.
  • Durability: While PLA works for light tasks, PETG, ASA, or ABS are highly recommended for their superior flexibility and resistance to fatigue, especially if the clamp will be under constant tension or used outdoors.
