BOM (Bill of Materials) & Required Hardware
To assemble this tool, you will need the following hardware:
- 1x M6 Bolt: (Length varies by setup) Used to bolt the tool’s base directly to your fork's star nut or expander plug. In most cases, you can use the bolt that currently holds your top cap.
- 2x M4 Heat-Set Inserts: (Length 5mm) These should be melted into the designated pivot points for secure fastening.
- 1x M4 10mm Bolt: Used for the main arm's pivot joint.
- 1x M4 15mm Bolt: Used for the sliding reach adjustment mechanism (using a knurled knob is highly recommended here for tool-free use).
