GEEBOON Jiboxing TC22 soldering station + Jiboxing handle switcher. Purely for entertainment. One part is currently missing, I'll add it when I have time.

The handle is a stainless steel U-shaped handle, 10*160, 10MM diameter/160 hole spacing (2 pieces). M4X16 or longer screws for installation (4 pieces).

Other screws required are M3X16 or longer self-tapping screws (8 pieces), a set of flat nuts + screws below 10*15, M4/M5/M6 are all suitable (1 piece).

The bottom reinforcement strips are stainless steel flat angle bracket connectors, look for 320*50 with a thickness of 2 or 1.8 (2 pieces). The reinforcement strips can be directly installed with M5X5 countersunk screws or heat-set inserts. Not installing the reinforcement strips is also fine.

Other required materials are the corresponding 4MM solderless banana plugs. Power female socket. LA38 self-locking switch, 12V power supply. As shown in the figure.

If other specifications need to be changed, I will modify them when I have time.

Assembly requires a bit of thought, the complete installation process will take some time to organize and will be added later.

There's an interesting accessory you can search for called MOT-12V, a single-channel trigger playback module, which can directly use a 3525 small speaker. You can watch the video on Douyin. https://www.capcut.cn/share/7518857309276312857?t=1
