This model was originally part of a crowdfunding project, but due to unexpected issues with payment processing, the crowdfunding campaign could not proceed. Rather than letting these problems prevent the project from moving forward, I decided to release it here for free, so anyone interested can still download, print, and enjoy this model.

Thank you to all my friends who supported, followed, or contacted me during that time—it means a lot to me. I will continue to build the Post-Era Archive world and create more unique 3D printable creatures in the future! If you want to see what's coming next, please continue to follow me.

Commercial licenses will also be available on my personal page soon—if you need it for commercial use, please wait a few more days!

Due to technical limitations, I currently cannot upload the complete model as a single file—the platform times out during cloud slicing. Therefore, the connecting parts will be uploaded separately for now, while the complete dinosaur and base models will be provided as attachments!! Please click the small triangle to download!!

If possible, you are also welcome to print the connecting parts! This actually helps a lot in supporting the print data of this model 😄
Thank you again for your support!

Printing Instructions:

It is recommended to print with an H2C printer. Other printers may encounter size or compatibility issues.

If using PVA for support, please ensure that the PVA is loaded into a dedicated nozzle, and the remaining nozzles are used for PLA (6-color printing).

PVA must be thoroughly dried and ideally kept dry during printing. Using AMS HT allows for simultaneous drying and printing.

Please apply glue to the build plate to ensure good adhesion!

The model is split into two parts. Since the complete version might be too large and difficult to open on some computers, I have divided it into two files.

Base Assembly Instructions:

The directly downloadable model includes a square connecting pin used to secure the raptor's feet to the base. Both the feet and the base have corresponding square slots for alignment. Additionally, there is an extra contact point at the highest mushroom position to enhance overall stability.

⚠️ Important Note:
The connecting pin in the file is modeled at 100% scale (zero tolerance). This means it's a tight fit design, and depending on your printer and calibration, it might not fit directly. Please adjust the scaling appropriately based on your equipment before printing, otherwise, it might not assemble correctly.

For greater stability (especially during transport), you can apply a small amount of glue to the connecting pin and mushroom contact points. If the model is just for display and will not be moved, this step can be skipped.

The Twin Raptor is the first creature I created for the Post-Era Archive world.

This is a multicolor print-in-place digital sculpture designed specifically for multicolor FDM printers.
The main version features a two-headed body structure, inspired by the concept of twin embryos that failed to fully merge during development.

The Post-Era Archive is a world of fantasy creature encyclopedias built around 3D printing.

Every creature in this world is designed starting from "what a 3D printer can achieve," rather than being limited by what traditional manufacturing methods cannot do.

Colors run throughout the body, internal structures are deliberately exposed, and textures and patterns are directly embedded within the creature's anatomy.

These forms are difficult to achieve with traditional injection molding and monochromatic printing.

More creatures will join this world in the future.

When you support this project, you also become one of the first explorers in this continuously expanding digital ecosystem—
It is both a monster encyclopedia, an archive, and an experiment in evolution.

Thank you for helping this species come into existence!

If you like this creature but only have a four-color printing device, you can also check out the four-color Chibi version!

This version is specifically designed for a limited number of colors, maintaining the character's distinctiveness and appeal even with four-color printing, while preserving the core design features of the Twin Raptor.
