This is a simple but effective calibration tool for dual-nozzle printers such as the Bambu Lab X2D, H2D, and H2C.

The model is a flat 250×250mm sheet printed at 0.2mm layer height, using both nozzles sequentially on the same layer. This allows you to visually evaluate the Z-offset accuracy of each nozzle independently and compare them side by side on a single print.

How to use it Print the model with your standard first layer settings. Once done, inspect the sheet carefully:

  • A consistent, well-squished surface means your Z-offset is correctly calibrated
  • Gaps, ridges, or uneven adhesion on one half indicate the corresponding nozzle needs Z-offset adjustment

Compatible printers Bambu Lab X2D, H2D, H2C — and any FDM dual-nozzle printer with a build plate of 250×250mm or larger.
