Description
This is a self-reconstructed filter connection suitable for Pluggit ventilation systems
The component was created as an addition to my already designed components for the filter cover and the exhaust air nozzle
After parts were damaged during the removal of the original filter cover for a filter change, I not only reverse-engineered the filter cover itself, but now also the complete filter module
Depending on the version, this component is either attached to the ceiling with 4 screws or fixed with 4 metal clips in the existing original filter/exhaust air nozzle (as in my variant)
In my own design of the exhaust air nozzle, these metal clips are completely omitted, as the fastening was integrated directly into the design This simplifies assembly and eliminates the need for additional metal parts
Printing Instructions
Support structures are required for printing
It is essential to use a separation layer or an interface made of a different material, as otherwise the supports will be very difficult to remove
