DryFerm Bag Clips – Airtight Sealing System for Dry & Cure Bags
These clips were specially developed for DryFerm Bags to seal the bags airtight – without gluing, cable ties, or permanent sealing.
The system consists of two parts:
- a rail
- and a rod that is pressed into the rail and reliably seals the bag.
Sizes
50 cm Version
Suitable for larger DryFerm Bags.
The rail consists of 3 parts so that it can be printed and assembled more easily.
32 cm Version
For smaller or medium DryFerm Bags.
The rail consists of 2 parts.
Why PETG?
The system is printed from PETG, as the material is slightly flexible and at the same time stable.
This allows the rod to be pressed cleanly into the rail, creating a reliable airtight seal – even with frequent use.
Application
I use several clips per DryFerm Bag to divide the bags into different chambers. This has several advantages:
- better organization of different strains or batches
- reduced risk of mold formation
- more even distribution in the bag
- easier handling during curing
Drying & Curing Simultaneously
With the clips, DryFerm Bags can be sealed airtight, allowing for simultaneous drying and curing.
Recommendation:
- keep humidity at a maximum of 60% RH
- ensure slight air movement in the tent
- check regularly
Features
- Airtight seal
- Reusable
- No gluing necessary
- Easy to print
Specifically designed for DryFerm Bags
