Whistle License Plate Keychain

Turkish License Plate Whistle Keychain (remix)

This project is a functional keychain created by combining two great designs. I combined the Turkish car license plate design with a portable and very loud whistle mechanism. It's both a stylish accessory and a whistle you can carry for emergencies!

About the Model

This model is a "remix" work. During the design phase, I was inspired by and used parts from these two valuable models:

• Whistle Mechanism: The famous "Flat Pocket Whistle' model by @PhoneDesigner was utilized. Despite its thin structure, it produces a very effective sound.
• Plate Design: The plate form and font styles were based on @GoblinhanYka_3292899’s "Ayarlanabilir Türk Plaka" (Adjustable Turkish Plate) model.

Print Settings (Recommended Print Settings)

I recommend using the following settings to get the best result:

• Layer Height: 0.20 mm
• Wall Count: 2 walls
• Infill: 15%
• Use Surface (ON): For objects, do not forget to activate the "Use Surface" option. This provides a smoother transition between the font and the plate surface.
• Font: DIN 1451 https://font.download/font/udin-1451-mittelschrift
• Set wall type to ARACHNE. This way, walls smaller than your nozzle diameter will not disappear. (The bottom surface of the license plate frame is missing because I forgot to adjust it in the image)
