Description
🏆 Inter Trophy - Champions of Italy (21st Scudetto & 2 Stars)
Celebrate the historic Nerazzurri victory with this exclusive 3D trophy, designed to be elegant, solid, and extremely easy to print.
To ensure maximum quality and a flawless surface finish, I have strategically divided the project into 3 separate plates. This way, the most delicate details will be printed perfectly flat on the build plate, without blemishes, and making color changes extremely easy!
Plates Structure:
- Plate 1: Central body of the trophy (Base, Arches, Inter Logo, and Stars).
- Plate 2: Text "CAMPIONI D'ITALIA INTER" (to be printed flat for perfect legibility).
- Plate 3: Tricolor Scudetto.
Once printed, simply glue the Scudetto and the text into the designated spaces on the base with a drop of cyanoacrylate glue.
⚙️ Optimal Print Settings (Bambu Studio)
The .3mf file already includes my tested settings for the Bambu Lab P1S, but here are the key parameters I recommend for achieving a perfect result:
- Layer Height: 0.16 mm High Quality (Excellent compromise between details and speed).
- Walls: 3 or 4 (Makes the arches very robust).
- Infill: 15% Gyroid (Gyroid, to prevent the nozzle from scraping the infill and ruining the print).
- Wall Generator: Arachne (Crucial! Ensures that the text and star points are printed sharply and clearly defined).
- Brim: Outer brim only of approximately 5 mm for Plate 1. Ensures that the base of the trophy does not warp at the corners during long prints.
- Supports (for Plate 1): Tree Slim (Tree-like). Easy to remove and leave the surface clean. (Plates 2 and 3 do not require supports).
