Description

this box uses a piece of 1.75mm filament as the hinge pin.

How to assemble:

  1. Align the lid with the base.
  2. Slide a piece of 1.75mm filament through the hinge holes.
  3. Trim the filament ends flush with the side of the box.

🔧 Pro-Tip: Clearance Issues If your printer's tolerances are tight and the filament won't slide in, don't force it. Take a 2mm hex wrench, heat the tip for a few seconds with a lighter, and push it through the holes. This will clear any stray plastic and leave a perfectly sized path for your filament pin.
