Description
This is a decorative hummingbird feeder made from an empty Crown Royal bottle using their purple and gold color scheme. It also replaces the rosettes of a traditional hummingbird feeder with pointed crowns and has an imperial crown as its hanger.
I have attached the imperial crown hanger to the bottom of the bottle with two-part epoxy glue. I have used this method in the past, and if an adequate amount of glue is used, the attachment is permanent.
For those not wanting a Crown Royal theme, but wishing to use a Crown Royal bottle, I have included a separate print profile with a more traditional design.
I have tested these designs on both the old-style and new-style 750-ml Crown Royal bottles and the fit is good. As for other glass bottles, I have found some that match and some that do not. Because of this, I have included a thread check that only requires 6-gm of material. If you are unsure if this will work with your bottle, print the thread check and you can quickly find out.
