Description

I created this jig to be able to print up to 48 standard size poker chips or 48 golf balls.  If you are printing poker chips, I have crosshairs to help line the front and back up, as well as reliefs to allow you to easily remove the chip.  If you are making golf balls, I also have a separate piece to place on top to help align the artwork.

I set this up to print on 4 plates and fit back together with tight tolerance joints.

Everything is 45mm on center left to right and top to bottom.  I recommend aligning the middle chip/ball art when preparing to print to avoid the fisheye effect close to the edges of the printer.

Please let me know if you have any issues and I will do my best to fix it.
