Description
This is a self-reconstructed exhaust manifold suitable for Pluggit ventilation systems.
The component was created as an addition to my already designed components for the filter cover and filter connection.
The manifold was modeled to integrate as precisely as possible into the existing system and enable a stable connection of the exhaust air duct. In addition to the actual pipe connection, the component has integrated fastening points for secure mounting.
In the original system, 4 metal clips are required for the connection between the filter connection and the exhaust manifold.
In my design, these are completely omitted, as the fastening was integrated directly into the design.
This simplifies assembly and no additional metal parts are needed.
Together, the components form a modular solution for individual adjustments and repairs to the ventilation system.
Important:
This version is exclusively compatible with my self-designed filter connection.
The original Pluggit filter connection does not fit this exhaust manifold.
Printing instructions
Support structures are required for printing.
It is highly recommended to use a separation layer or a support interface, otherwise the supports will be difficult to remove cleanly.
