X2D/P2S/H2D Door Handle - 150 and 350mm Long
Print Profile(3)

Description
This door handle is based on my H2D version. It still maintains full compatibility with the H2 Series, but it is specifically made for X2D and P2S. It also works with X1C and P1S, since the original handle design did not change, so it is compatible with any Bambu Lab 3D printer (enclosed).
It is available in the 150mm and 350mm long versions.

I printed it in Prusament PLA Galaxy Black, which matches the colour of the printer chassis pretty well (though it is not the same colour). If you usually print high-temp materials, it is better to print the handle in a high-temp resistant material, too.
I oriented it on the plate diagonally to utilise the maximum length available. To avoid problems, the infill direction should be set at 0°.
I also suggest printing it with a small layer height to gain the best finish and mitigate the stair effect on the top layer (0.1mm layer set in the print profile).
NOTE: the screw holes are not centred with the handle because I wanted it to be in the middle of the glass door.
Place the magnet from the original handle into the new one to maintain the door sensor functioning. Use double-sided tape at the corners of the handle to prevent bending.
Original magnet dimensions: 8x5x3mm
