Cute Photo Frame Keychain 💌

A compact and creative Cute Photo Frame Keychain featuring a hidden sliding photo mechanism inside an envelope-inspired design. Carry your favorite memory everywhere with a keychain that looks simple on the outside but reveals a personal photo inside.

📸 Sliding Photo Frame Mechanism

The keychain includes a built-in sliding frame system:

  • Slide the inner frame out to reveal the photo
  • Compact envelope-style exterior
  • Smooth and satisfying sliding action
  • Secure locking system on both ends

The mechanism is intentionally tight at first to help keep the frame securely in place.

🔒 Locking Mechanism Details

  • The top locking section may feel difficult to press during the first few uses
  • Once inserted, the frame can slide freely
  • A second locking point at the bottom keeps the frame secure during everyday use

⚠️ After approximately 5–10 initial slides, the mechanism naturally becomes smoother and easier to operate while still remaining secure.

Designed for photos sized:

  • 75 × 42 mm

Trim the photo accurately for the best fit and sliding performance.

❤️ Assembly Note

A separate heart-shaped piece is included as part of the design.

  • The heart piece must be glued manually into the center section after printing.

  • Supports: ❌ No support required
  • Walls: 2 walls
  • Infill: 10%
  • Layer Height: 0.2 mm recommended

Important Printing Instruction

  • Print the "Photo_Letter_Body" part in an upright position
  • Use a brim for better bed adhesion and print stability for "Photo_Letter_Body"

This helps achieve smoother sliding performance and cleaner tolerances.
