Rope Hook with rotating Tube Clip

Description
I needed a way of hanging some tubular LED lights from a rope when camping - this provides a way of holding onto the rope without sliding, and the tube clip can rotate (using a ball and socket) so that the correct orientation of the tube light can be maintained (particularly if using several clips).
One side of the ball is flat - so that the part can be printed sitting fully down on the printer bed - no supports needed.
