Case for DJI Mini4/Mini3 Pro Fly More Combo

During my drone outings, I realized how important it sometimes is, when potential shooting opportunities arise, to have the drone ready for use as quickly as possible. So, instead of carrying the drone in a backpack or bag, I thought of creating a case, still quite protective, that could be attached with an interlocking loop system to the pant belt, thus keeping my hands relatively free.

A case that included two compartments for additional batteries in case you owned the Fly More Combo version.

I can confirm that it is very practical and lightweight, having tested it on several outings.

The drone, it is understood, with propeller guards and the transparent front shield installed, for more than adequate protection.

It MIGHT, I say, MIGHT also be suitable for the Mini 5 Pro, but I do not own that model and cannot be certain, even if it visually appears to have the necessary capacity.

After printing, the hinge must be completed with a 2mm piece of metal wire and a 4 x 6 cm rectangle of adhesive felt or rubber mat, about 3mm thick, placed at the bottom of the case, to protect the drone's transparent front shield.

If you want to increase the drone's protection, as shown in the attached photos, you can place a foam square about 13-14 mm high on the inside of the door, securing it with double-sided tape and adapting it accordingly, depending on the drone housed inside.

For adequate ease of attaching the loop to the case, I have allowed for a certain smoothness between the two parts, but if you wish to reduce this, simply add a small adhesive shim of a few tenths of a millimeter to the inner face of the female joint.
