Description
The Airbus A300-600ST Super Transporter is a special-purpose cargo aircraft used by Airbus to transport newly manufactured aircraft components. Airbus developed this uniquely shaped oversized transporter based on the A300-600R passenger aircraft. ST stands for Super Transporter, which was its initial official name. However, due to the A300-600ST's striking appearance, the nickname 'Beluga' became widely known and officially recognized. On October 27, 2020, the Airbus Super Beluga #3 made its first commercial flight.
