Description

If you are looking to organize your spare Bambu Lab H2C system hotends and Vortek induction nozzles, I have  designed 3D-printable storage organizer. Because the H2C toolhead handles both standard/high-flow hotends and inductive nozzle modules, specific geometry is required to protect the magnetic contacts and alignments pins.

  • Features :
  • Two Seperated spinable design
  • Top for left nozzle organiser which hold magnetically 3 left nozzles.
  • Bottom for right hotend nozzle organiser which hold magnetically 6 hotend nozzles.

  • Materials needs:
  • 9 round Magnets  size (4x2mm )
  • 2X Steel Deep Groove Ball 608zz

  • Make sure when you attach magnet in the hole, put the magnet on nozzle first cause magnet has 2 side, one negative and one positive. try to magnet attach downside of the nozzle then face of the magnet should be pressed down on the model hole. Please follow my pictures below
  • On first photos magnet attached downside and 2nd photos magnets attached upside of the nozzle. Make sure attach the magnet downside of the nozzle first then face of the magnet should be press down in the hole of the printed body where hole located.
  • Again please dont attach magnet upside of the nozzle and press the magnet inside of the printed hole.
  • Just follow the picture 1 please. I have included picture 2nd one only reference purposes.
  • If you atach magnet upperside and fit the magnet inside printed hole then nozzle wont be fit or magnet take nozzle out from the nozzle area. So it is very important to placed magnet downside of the nozzle and then pressed the magnet down in the printed bodies hole.

If you like my model please boost me which will encourage me to make something new for 3d printers. Many thanks
