Description
A compact protective storage case designed specifically for the UNI-T UT18C Voltage Tester.
This case protects the probes and display during transport and daily use while keeping the tester compact and easy to carry.
The design was created after my original tester probes started getting damaged in the tool bag.
It also helps prevent accidental bending of the probe tips and protects the front display/buttons from scratches.

Printing Settings
Recommended Material
- PETG (recommended)
- PLA also works, but PETG is better for workshop and professional environments
Recommended Print Settings
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Walls: 3
- Infill: 15–20%
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- Supports: Required
- Brim: Optional
Supports are necessary for the internal overhangs.
The provided 3MF project already contains pre-configured supports, so you can simply open and print.
Printing Orientation
Print in the same orientation as provided in the 3MF file for best strength and clean internal surfaces.
Compatibility
Designed specifically for:
- UNI-T UT18C
It may also fit similar UNI-T testers with the same body dimensions, but compatibility is not guaranteed.
Assembly
No assembly required.
Simply slide the tester into the case.
Notes
This is a friction-fit protective cover.
Depending on your printer tolerances, you may need slight scaling adjustments (typically ±1–2%).
PETG is highly recommended because it offers:
- Better impact resistance
- Better heat resistance
- Longer lifespan in tool bags and vehicles
