Vertical Spacer Clip for 21-22mm Wood Planks

This alignment spacer is designed for handling and organizing 21–22mm thick wooden boards. The tool features parallel slots with integrated geometric retention tabs to secure planks in a vertical orientation with a uniform air gap. This layout prevents water retention and accelerates drying, protecting the timber from premature rot and material degradation.

The design prints entirely without support when oriented flat on the build plate. The model was successfully printed from PETG and is working for 6 months now.
