Description

Heavy-Duty Doorway Pull-Up Bar Bracket (TPU 90A / 100kg+)

📌 Overview

A high-strength, anti-slip replacement bracket designed to support heavy loads over 100kg (220lbs).

By leveraging TPU 90A, this design provides the perfect balance of compression strength, shock absorption, and high friction against the door frame to prevent slipping. Fully tested and printed on the Bambu Lab A1 mini.

🔧 Installation & Safety Tips

  • Secure Fit: Ensure the telescopic bar applies firm pressure against the bracket.
  • Pre-Test: Always perform a cautious load test close to the ground before your first full workout.

⚠️ Disclaimer

  • This model was successfully tested with a 100kg+ user, but 3D printing results can vary based on filament quality, moisture, and printer calibration.
  • Use at your own risk. Periodically inspect the bracket for wear, deformation, or slipping.
  • Ensure your door frame is structurally solid enough to handle the lateral pressure.
