Description
Models of various field-effect transistor semiconductor layouts: Planar FET, FINFET, GAAFET, Nanosheet FET, Forksheet FET, and C-FET.
All designs include PFET and NFET, so the space advantage of the C-FET is clearly visible.
The print orientation has been adjusted for optimal performance.
Be very careful when removing supports from the GAAFET.
