Screen Arm Adapter Mount Arcade2TV-XR/TankstickVR

This adapter allows you to mount a monitor arm onto the Arcade2TV-XR / TankstickVR arcade panel using a commercially available monitor arm.

The model was designed and tested with the following monitor arm:
Battletron Dual Monitor Arm (Action)

However, the cylindrical mounting diameter used is a standard size.
Any monitor arm using a similar cylindrical/tube mounting system should also be compatible.

Originally, I planned to fully 3D print the entire articulated arm, but in the end this solution made much more sense:

• much faster;
• no dozens of hours of printing;
• costs about the same as a spool of filament;
• significantly better rigidity and reliability for supporting a monitor.

The printed part is therefore only used as an adapter between the arcade panel and the monitor arm.

Required Hardware

To assemble the adapter, you will need:

• 2x M8 threaded inserts
• 2x M8x10 screws

Make sure the inserts are properly installed before mounting the monitor arm.

Printing Recommendations

⚠️ PLA is NOT allowed for this print.

Only use technical filaments capable of handling long-term mechanical stress:

• ABS
• ASA
• Reinforced PETG (PETG-CF recommended)
• Nylon
• or any other strong engineering filament

Recommended print settings:

• high infill percentage;
• multiple walls/perimeters;
• print orientation optimized for strength.
