Model Features
This model is a pure 3D printed manual push-button fan, requiring no glue and no hardware
It can be folded and easily placed in your pocket, making it compact
Minimal support, negligible, easy to print, strong airflow to help you stay cool all summer
This model provides three types of fan blades, each with different characteristics. Please print and test them yourself
Double-layer four-blade foldable fan blade, single-layer two-blade foldable fan blade, five-blade fixed-axis fan blade
Printing Notes
The fan blades of this model have an open structure and may cause bodily harm due to accidental touch, material breakage, runaway blades, etc. Please use this model at your own risk.
The screws used in this model are all 3D printed. Printing them on a single plate will severely affect the screw print quality, so they are divided into two plates. Please do not combine printing
It is recommended to print this model with PETG. PLA can also be used, but its lifespan will be severely reduced
If you encounter issues with installation or smooth operation, you can slightly scale down or up the gears and screws when printing
Installation Instructions
This model consists of four gears. Please refer to the introductory image for installation
It is recommended to apply lubricant to the gears, especially in the holes connecting the gears and the pull rod. Insufficient lubrication may cause abnormal noise during use, but it will not affect the support operation
The screws in this model are all 3D printed and require a screwdriver. Do not apply too much force during installation to prevent screw breakage
Before installing the screws, please test them to see if they run smoothly. If not, please check if the parts have flaws, stringing, defects, cooling lines, or seams. If necessary, reprint or manually sand them
Many users have reported that it does not run smoothly. Actual testing suggests this may be due to varying printer print quality among users
When assembling, please test each gear individually to ensure it runs smoothly in its respective position and check for any flaws
If you find that a gear does not run smoothly in its corresponding position, please print the compatible version of that gear—compatible gear
The gears are numbered 1 to 4 from bottom to top; please only print the gears that do not operate correctly.
