To prevent it from being pulled out, the tolerance is set to be quite tight. Please tap it firmly into place during assembly.
Recommended material: PETG. (PLA has poor heat resistance and flexibility)
I often notice that cups or water bottles tip over while driving. Since car cup holders vary in size, they don't always accommodate different bottles well. To solve this, I designed an adaptive cup holder restrictor.
It accommodates cups and bottles with diameters ranging from 55mm to 66mm (and may even fit those up to 68mm).
I have provided two versions for you to choose from:
- Friction Fit Version: Snaps directly into the cup holder.
- Nano Tape Version: Secured using nano tape.
This design is compatible with most vehicles. If the dimensions do not fit your car, please feel free to contact me!
