Description
Since there's a need for children to learn and recite Chinese historical dynasties, I made this ruler. The timeline covers China's five thousand years of dynastic changes, with engraved demarcation lines.
Selecting PLA PURE for printing will yield better results, and you can also choose other materials.
Slicing may result in some minor flaws for smaller fonts, but these can be traced over with a pen later. For the cutout sections of the text on the back, the first layer might detach; just ignore it and continue printing. The completed outline will still be clear enough for children to recognize the Chinese characters and remember them.
Dual-color printing is recommended, especially with high contrast colors, otherwise the effect may not be as good as my physical print. I printed the red and white version with PLA Pure; compare it with the green and white PETG print to see the difference in effect.
