ScanEinst3D-Scanner Turntable Attachment for IKEA SNUDDA Turntable with Scan Markers

The turntable is designed for the IKEA SNUDDA turntable, but other similar turntables will also work. The turntable has a diameter of approx 39cm and I have provided a corresponding frame so that the attachment does not slip. This can be adjusted with slicer functions.
 

 

The turntable attachment has integrated magnets (h=3mm,d=8mm) for flexible attachment of the markers. These have the same magnets. The magnets are inserted during printing (Pay attention to polarity!!!) 48 pieces are needed for the turntable  (48 x 8x3 mm magnets) For the markers as needed.

Flexible Magnet Sizes:

I implemented the magnet holes with negative parts in the slicer. They can be adjusted to a certain extent for other magnet sizes. I recommend 2 layers under the magnets to the print bed. For good magnet adhesion, I recommend magnets > N48

 

The side plates are only pushed in. I designed them to fit snugly. Depending on the filament, slight deburring can make the inserts smoother.

 

The 4 parts of the turntable are only interlocked (see pictures). I planned the printing of the quarter pieces with support filament. If necessary, please adjust the settings in the profile.
