Description

This is a versatile, custom-designed water outlet deflector compatible with tubular pools like Bestway and Intex. It easily fits onto the standard return jet/inlet valve inside the pool to redirect the water flow according to your needs.

Key Features & Use Cases:

  1. Silent Pool Operation & Variable Water Levels: If you don't want to fill your pool to the absolute maximum, standard outlets can create a loud, continuous splashing sound. This deflector redirects the filtered water completely below the surface, making your pump running completely silent.
  2. Solar Cover Friendly (Anti-Flooding): When using a bubble/solar cover, standard return jets often push water directly onto the top of the cover, sinking it or creating puddles. This accessory forces the water flow downwards, allowing you to run your filtration safely with the cover on.
  3. Fun Pool Fountain Mode: Simply flip the accessory upside down (pointing upwards), and it instantly transforms into a fun water fountain for your kids to enjoy!

Print Settings Recommendations:

  • Material: PETG or ASA is highly recommended for UV resistance and durability against pool chemicals (chlorine/bromine). Avoid PLA as it will degrade quickly in outdoor conditions. you can also use ABS like I've done but prefer PETG.
  • Infill: 15% to 20% (Gyroid recommended for strength).
  • Walls/Perimeters: 3 or 4 walls to ensure it is completely watertight and robust against water pressure.
