Skimmer Extension (+7cm) – Perfect for Deep Water Levels or High Pool Edges!
Are you facing the issue that your hanging skimmer sits too high at optimal water levels, or that the original mounting bracket is just a bit too short? This completely custom-designed hook bracket extends your standard pool skimmer downwards by exactly 7 cm.
The top connector perfectly replicates the original clip system, making it a seamless drop-in replacement that fits directly into your existing pool edge mount.
Bonus: This extended version also works perfectly as a heavy-duty replacement part if your original bracket broke!
Material Recommendation: I used PETG for this print, as the component is constantly exposed to UV radiation, summer heat, and chlorinated pool water. PLA is not suitable for this project (it would warp over time or become brittle).
