Description

Hi there! Father of four here. I made this little sensory game for my kids (ages 3–8) to keep them off the screens, and it’s quickly become a family favorite. What started as a simple idea turned into a surprisingly flexible, open‑ended play platform - something the kids can use in lots of different ways, not just a single activity.

It scales naturally with age: can be super simple for the little ones, more challenging for the older ones, and endlessly adjustable depending on how they feel like playing that day. The fun is in exploring, inventing rules, and letting the game grow with them.

It’s super easy to print, travel‑friendly, and perfect for picnics, road trips, blankets, or even a small cloth bag on the go.

This model is in Children's Toy Design Contest - every Like 👍 matters. Thank you for supporting our little project!

15 unique tiles in 2 sizes:
    Normal: 40 mm × 40 mm × 6 mm
    XL: 60 mm x 60 mm x 9 mm

🎮 Classic Gameplay Modes:

  •     Blind Guess - One player feels a tile (eyes closed) and tries to identify the pattern. Score 1 point per correct guess.
  •     Timed Touch - Players have 10 seconds to feel a tile and name it. Faster rounds, more pressure.
  •     Hot Potato Touch - Pass a tile around quickly; whoever is holding it when the timer ends must guess the pattern.
  •     Pattern Match - Lay tiles question‑mark side up; players flip one, feel it, then try to find its matching pair from a separate pile of pattern‑side‑up tiles.

🧠 Strategy & Deduction Modes:

  •     Deduction - One player feels a tile secretly; others ask yes/no questions (“Is it angular?”, “Is it rounded?”) to deduce which tile it was.
  •     Pattern Auction - Players bid on how few seconds they need to identify a tile by touch. Lowest bidder attempts the challenge.

👶 Kid‑Friendly & Learning Modes:

  •     Touch & Tell - Kids describe the texture (“bumpy,” “swirly,” “sharp corners”) before guessing.
  •     Story Tile - Each tile becomes a story prompt. Feel a tile, then invent a short story inspired by the texture.
  •     Texture Hunt - Kids search the room for real‑world objects with similar textures.

🤝 Cooperative & Party Modes:

  •     Team Relay - Player A feels a tile and describes it without naming the pattern; Player B must identify it from the set.
  •     Silent Touch Relay - Player A feels a tile, then “draws” the texture on Player B’s hand; Player B guesses.
  •     Chaos Bowl - All tiles go into a bowl. Players draw blindly and race to identify theirs first.

🧩 Advanced:

  •     Tile Draft - Players draft tiles into personal sets, then compete in mini‑challenges (fastest ID, best description, etc.).
  •     One‑Finger Mode - Players can only use a single finger to explore the tile.

…and many, many more!
