Description
I created angle brackets in 30°, 45°, and 90° versions.
These are an improved version of the brackets I designed a few months ago, which did not include a brace and only had a simple row of holes.

Each bracket includes four mounting holes for screws to ensure secure fastening.
The holes have a diameter of 5 mm and feature a countersunk recess so the screw heads can sit flush with the surface.
In addition, I designed a reinforcement brace to significantly improve the stability of the bracket. The trick is that the brace can be installed after the bracket has already been screwed into place. Despite this, the fit is intentionally very tight so the brace stays securely in position even when the bracket is mounted vertically.
For the 30° and 45° brackets, I also designed extended hole supports so the screw has a direct contact surface. This improves force distribution and makes installation easier.
Tip: For the 30° and 45° brackets, I recommend pre-drilling a small pilot hole so the screws can be inserted more easily.
Tip: Stability naturally depends on the filament you use. If in doubt, simply use multiple brackets.
Tip: The brackets can also be scaled. Please keep in mind that the holes will scale as well and therefore become larger.
