Description

Print your own awesome toy spear! This clever design combines 3D printed parts with a real wooden handle. It saves print time, uses less filament, and makes the toy way stronger than pure plastic.

What You Need

  1. 20mm Wooden Dowel: Cut to your preferred length. I used approximately 1m length
  2. Everything is glued. The photos show my first version but I was finding they would crack if the screws were put in too tight.
  3. Filament: Silk PLA looks amazing for the blade!

Quick Print Tips

  • Infill: 20%
  • Orientation: Print vertically (tip up) with a brim for the cleanest finish.

Please let me know if there are any other dowel sizes you would like to see.
