Print Profile(3)

Description
These wheels give the robotic lawnmower a cool look and possibly better driving characteristics.
I wanted wheels with softer TPU treads, similar to the original but with better grip or cooler treads ;). A mixed print of TPU and PETG was out of the question, as this would be an impractical undertaking with my printer. The wheels are designed so that all parts (rims, treads, hubcaps, etc.) are printed separately and later assembled without additional tools or adhesive. As a positive side effect, an individual color scheme is possible even without an AMS.
The TPU treads (separate print profile) are slipped onto the rims with little force. Pay attention to the running direction. Afterward, the rims can be attached to the robotic lawnmower and the hubcaps fastened to the rim using the 3D printed screws. There is even a dedicated tool for the hubcap screws. The washers are optional and mainly intended to conceal unsightly support areas.
For more traction, the rims could be filled with concrete. Since this is very cumbersome and hardly possible without a big mess, there are optional weight molds. These are simply filled with concrete or similar for more weight and later inserted into the rims. The weights are held in place by the hubcaps. Please therefore make sure not to overfill the molds, otherwise the hubcaps may not fit.
Precautionary note: Before printing all parts, please test if the rims fit the robot. There is an extra test print in the print profile (last build plate) for this.
If you have any improvement or optimization suggestions, I will gladly see if I can implement them.
