Description

A young half-elf moon druid miniature designed specifically for supportless FDM printing.

This nature-inspired druidess carries a moon staff wrapped in vines while her cloak flows all the way to the ground for reliable printing and an elegant fantasy silhouette.

The model works great as:

  • a D&D moon druid
  • a forest witch
  • a nature mage
  • a tabletop NPC
  • or a fantasy player character miniature

Special attention was given to make the miniature printable without supports:

  • cloak touches the ground
  • arms stay connected to the body or cloak
  • staff details were simplified for FDM printing
  • no hanging accessories or floating elements

Printing Notes

  • Designed for supportless printing
  • Printed successfully with a 0.2 mm nozzle
  • PLA recommended
  • Matte filament gives excellent detail

Recommended Settings

  • 0.06–0.08 mm layer height
  • Slow outer wall speed
  • 2 walls
  • 15% gyroid infill

Scaling

The model can easily be scaled for different tabletop systems and display sizes.
