Description
Adapter plate for mounting a Thule Pack 'n Pedal bike basked on a MIK-compatible rack (such as Ortlieb Rack Three).
Originally based on this model, later re-build loosely based on that work in OnShape (source here) in a reinforced way (since I managed to rip it apart a few times). Holding up great so far.
OnShape document also contains a base model that is not specific the Thule rack. Add holes/extended for other purposes as needed.
hardware needed:
- Spring (40mm, outer diameter 9mm), e.g. https://www.amazon.de/dp/B076LVLZR8/ref=pe_27091401_487024491_TE_item
- 4x M5 screws (25mm, flathead) + nut
Use screwdriver to remove support comletely before assembling.
