Description
This 3D printable clip is specifically designed to fit or attach within the grooves of wooden slatted acoustic panels. It is the ideal solution for securely hanging and locking (without overdoing it) shelves, pictures, clocks, or other accessories directly onto slatted walls, without compromising the panel's aesthetic.
The design includes a countersunk seat optimized to accommodate M3 and M4 screws (max 18 mm long), ensuring a flush mount and excellent mechanical retention.
Installation Instructions
Installation is simple, fast, and non-invasive:
- Insertion: Position the clip inside the acoustic panel groove.
- Pressure: Gently push the piece against the felt or backing foam.
- Locking: Use a flat-head screwdriver to rotate the clip 90° clockwise.
During rotation, the side tabs will securely interlock behind the wooden slats, utilizing the back pressure of the foam. This system ensures an extremely stable, secure, and completely removable anchor, with no need to drill or damage the wall.
Recommended Material: PETG is the ideal choice for better mechanical resistance and flexibility of the tabs during twisting. However, PLA also works perfectly for standard loads.
