Description

"Even if you have to crawl on the ground, you keep going."

A tribute to the Black Leg himself — the cook, the fighter, the unbreakable will of the Straw Hat crew. This large-format HueForge wall art renders Sanji in bold yellow and raw manga ink, the way he was always meant to be seen: larger than life.

Printed using the HueForge filament painting technique across 4 tiles of 200×200mm, assembling into a striking 400×400mm gallery piece — clean black linework on a vibrant yellow background, straight out of the pages of One Piece.

📐 Print Details

  • Size: 200×200mm per tile — 400×400mm assembled (2×2 grid)
  • Thickness: 2.24mm (actual) — 2.56mm (max)
  • Layer height: 0.08mm (fine detail) — base layer 0.16mm
  • Infill: 100%

🔄 Color Swap Instructions

  1. Start with Sunflower Yellow
  2. At layer #16 (1.36mm) → swap to Charcoal
  3. At layer #20 (1.68mm) → swap to Blue Gray
  4. At layer #23 (1.92mm) → swap to Ivory White for the rest

⚠️ In tiled prints, not all tiles require every swap — this is normal. Check each tile individually before starting.

No AMS required — just 3 manual filament swaps!

🖼️ Display & Frame

The frame shown in the photos is NOT part of this project. Full credit to Sean Ryle for his modular frame system — an essential companion for any large-format HueForge display: 👉 https://makerworld.com/en/models/1383863-modular-hueforge-frame-any-size-most-any

For this 2×2 configuration (200×200mm panels), print:

  • 4 corners
  • 4 inner frames
  • 6 side rails
  • 36 dowels (+ optional braces for added stability)

Attach tiles with double-sided tape — no glue needed.

A bold statement piece for any One Piece fan — or the perfect gift for the anime lover who prints everything they love. 🍳
