š¦Godzilla Head Squirrel Feeder
Ever wished your backyard had a little more prehistoric punch? Turn regular, seed-stealing squirrels into tiny, fluffy Kaiju with the Godzilla Squirrel Feeder!
This isn't just any squirrel feeder. Itās a 3D-printable costume feeder designed to create a perfectly hilarious forced-perspective effect. When a squirrel visits to get a treat, its body aligns with the feeder, making it look like a real, miniature Godzilla!
Key Features:
- Ultimate Kaiju Transformation: Watch in amusement as regular squirrels don the face of the King of the Monsters.
- Highly Detailed Design: Sculpted based on the iconic Godzilla head, with textured scales, sharp-looking teeth, and menacing eyes.
- Perfect for Photography: Every squirrel visit is a perfect photo opportunity. Capture hilarious moments in action.
- Dual Function: A high-capacity feeder for birdseed, acorns, or nuts, and an endless source of entertainment.
- Durable & Weather-Resistant: Designed for outdoor use with robust features.
How It Works:
The feeder is a suspended "helmet." The squirrel stands on the ground or a platform and pokes its head up into the cavity of the Godzilla head to access the food treats. The resulting effect, from the side, is that the squirrel is a bipedal, furry Kaiju with a massive green lizard head.
Printing & Assembly:
- Material Suggestion: Use PETG, ASA, or PLA+ for outdoor durability.
- Printability: Designed with optimized angles to minimize support requirements, but some internal supports may be needed.
- Assembly: Features a robust central attachment point for a hanging wire.
Usage Instructions:
- Fill the internal chamber with your local squirrel's favorite treats (nuts, acorns, seeds).
- Hang the feeder using a sturdy wire from a tree branch or pergola.
- Crucial Step: Adjust the height so that when a squirrel stands on its hind legs (its typical feeding posture), its head is perfectly aligned to enter the costume opening.
- Get your camera ready and prepare for backyard Kaiju battles!
