đ§ TPU Squishy Cube Fidget Stress Toy
To improve layer adhesion and prevent tearing between layers, make sure your TPU is dried thoroughly before printing. I recommend using the recommended print profiles AND the recommended changes to the Min/Max Fan Speed Threshold settings which are in the Project Filament settings. These changes prevent the TPU from cooling too fast. To change the fan speed settings, go to the âProject Filamentsâ section in Bambu Studio, click the 3 dots ââŚâ next to the filament you plan to print with, go to the âCoolingâ tab, and then apply the fan settings below:Â
Recommended Filament Settings (Tested on Inland TPU 95A White & Color-Changing):
⢠Initial Layer Fan: 0%
⢠Min Fan Speed: 40%
⢠Max Fan Speed: 65%
⢠Min Fan Speed Layer Time Threshold: 100s
⢠Max Fan Speed Layer Time Threshold: 8s
⢠Keep Fan Always On: Enabled
⢠Slow Printing Down for Better Layer Cooling: Enabled
⢠Force Cooling for Overhangs and Bridges: Enabled
A simple, satisfying TPU squishy cube designed for squeezing, fidgeting, stress relief, and sensory play.
This model was extensively optimized and tested on a Bambu Lab A1 using Inland TPU 95A to achieve a soft, durable feel while remaining completely support-free and easy to print. After many prototype iterations, the final design uses optimized fillets, adaptive layer heights, and TPU-specific tuning to improve print quality, durability, and squishiness while maintaining clean support-free overhangs.Â
Original design modeled by me in Autodesk Fusion 360 and optimized for 3D printing in Bambu Studio!Â
