Description

Holder Nozzle Body – for Vogel & Noot / Holder Sprayers

Reference / Part number: 116679

This is a 3D printable nozzle body for tractor-mounted sprayers, based on the Holder Nozzle Body 116679 part. It may be compatible with several Vogel & Noot and Holder sprayer nozzle systems.

!!

The purpose of this model is to provide an easy-to-print replacement or repair part. The printed part is only the main body. The caps, seals, nozzles and other original factory components shown in the photos are not included in the model.

Important note

The original part includes an anti-drip / drip-stop section, but I did not include this feature in the model in order to make the part easier and more reliable to print.

Because of this, this version is mainly recommended for applications where the anti-drip function is not required, or where it is handled separately.

Print recommendation

I printed this part from PETG, as it is more suitable than PLA for outdoor use, moisture, and mechanical stress.

Recommended print orientation: lying flat
Support: only minimal support is needed
Material: PETG recommended
Use case: replacement / repair nozzle body for sprayers

The included .3MF file contains print settings optimized for PETG, so I recommend using that as a starting point.

Recommended print settings

  • Material: PETG
  • Layer height: 0.20 mm
  • Walls: at least 4
  • Infill: 40–60%
  • Support: minimal, only where necessary
  • Print orientation: lying flat
  • For heavier use, a higher wall count and higher infill are recommended

After printing

After printing, check the fit, threads, and sealing surfaces carefully. Some minor post-processing, deburring, or thread cleaning may be required.

Since this is a sprayer component, I recommend testing it with water at low pressure before actual use to check for leaks or fitting issues.

Disclaimer

This is not an original factory part, but a custom 3D printed replacement component. Always check the dimensions, fitment, and pressure resistance before use. Test thoroughly before using it with chemicals or in real working conditions. Use at your own risk.
