Overview
This is a custom-engineered, 3D-printable pre-filter designed specifically for the dustbin of the Dreame X40 Ultra robot vacuum. Its primary function is to intercept larger debris, hair, and macro-particles before they reach the main HEPA filter. This separation mechanism significantly extends the operational lifespan of the OEM filter, maintains optimal airflow, and prevents premature vacuum degradation.
Design Features
- Integrated Positioning Flange: The model features a geometric lip/flange around its perimeter to ensure secure mechanical fixation and tight tolerance integration within the dustbin aperture.
- Optimized Airflow Mesh: The grid geometry is balance-optimized to maximize particle retention while minimizing aerodynamic resistance (pressure drop).
