This reversible marking clip enables quick and easy marking of full and empty breathing air cylinders or pressure vessels – ideal, for example, for fire departments / respiratory protection workshops.
I have received several requests for specific texts on the clips. So that you can implement your ideas yourself, here is the “blank” version of the clip to add your desired text yourself using Bambu Studio.
There are two print profiles. One is the version with text (Blank) and a version without text for the colorful purists among you.

Print Notes
⚠️ An AMS is required for printing (multi-color print).
The design consists of:
- white core
- white border, which protects the edges of the colored areas
- colored area + white text for excellent readability and solid connection
Overall thickness: 1.4 mm
(2× 0.4 mm color layer + 0.6 mm white core)
Due to the low material thickness, the clip is sufficiently flexible/bendable even when made of PLA.

- Outer diameter: approx. 89 mm
- Inner diameter: approx. 38 mm
- Overall thickness: 1.4 mm
Practical Test / Material Recommendation
I had the clips (made of PLA) tested in two large respiratory protection workshops over a longer period.
Even with PLA, no significant signs of wear were observed with proper use.
✅ PLA works well
✅ PETG is recommended if the clip is frequently twisted/bent (more durable)

On my profile, you will also find a matching table dispenser to store and quickly retrieve the clips in an organized manner.
📌 The clip is also available with German and English labeling variants.
