Description
Inspired by this takeout box stand, although buying it directly is not expensive, customizing the size is a bit troublesome, so I decided to print it myself

Sizes can be customized freely, and any brand of open-frame printer can use this solution for an enclosure
Less than 1kg of filament is generally enough to print the entire frame, you can buy cheap filament for a dozen yuan on PDD or use leftover scraps to print, the cost is controllable
After printing and assembly, you can secure the two-way and three-way connectors with tape or small self-tapping screws, it's also fine to use directly without securing
You can cover it with packaging cardboard boxes, various foam papers from express deliveries, or wrap it with two layers of industrial cling film, or stick on aluminum foil insulation film, it's up to personal preference and budget

Why an enclosure
- Dust prevention, open-frame printers are very prone to accumulating dust, which over time affects moving parts and print plate cleanliness
- Thermal insulation, when printing materials like PETG, it can provide some chamber temperature effect, which helps improve layer adhesion, reduce internal stress, and prevent layer cracking, warping, and other deformations
