Snapmaker U1 PSU Cover

Replacement cover for the Snapmaker U1 power supply unit, adapted for the compatible fan Sunon MF60152V2-A99 (60×60×15mm, 24V DC, 3900 rpm). Any other standard 60×60×15mm fan with a 50mm bolt circle should also fit.

The cover should be printed in **PETG or ABS** (no PLA), as the power supply unit area reaches temperatures that will deform PLA long-term. Recommended settings are 3–4 walls, 15–20% infill, 0.2mm layer height, and support structures are required.

The fastening pins are also printed in **PETG**, standing upright (head down, tip up), with 0.16mm layer height for clean barbs, and a print speed of 20–25mm/s. 4 pieces are needed. No support structures are necessary.

Required Accessories

• 4× M4×20mm pan head screws + 4× M4 nuts

Or tool-free with the included fastening pins (PETG, print 4×) — simply push through from the outside, and the barbs will automatically snap into place.

Assembly

1. Position the fan from the inside and align the holes
2. Fix with screws or fastening pins
3. Insert the cover onto the power supply unit
