🏅 Parametric Jersey Keychain — Multi-Type Generator

A fully customizable football jersey-shaped keychain, designed for multi-color printing with BambuStudio. Choose the shape, colors, number, and name: each keychain will be unique.

📦 What you download

With this project, you will find a single .scad file that generates all types of keychains directly from the slicer, without needing to install OpenSCAD. The file is ready to be opened in BambuStudio using the Make it Parametric function, or freely modified in OpenSCAD.

🖨️ Available Types

The project includes 3 different shapes of keychains, all customizable with the same parameters:

Each type consists of 3 separate parts that the multi-color system manages independently:

• Base — the main jersey-shaped body
• Body — the raised detail above the base
• Texts — number and name embossed on the body

🎨 Multi-color structure

The keychain is designed for multi-material printers (AMS / AMS Lite). Each part corresponds to a different color assignable in the slicer:

The integrated palette offers 42 colors selectable directly from the parameters, from Neon Yellow to Navy Blue, from Fire Red to Metallic Gold — without having to enter hexadecimal codes.

⚙️ Parameter Guide

All parameters are accessible from the Customize tab of MakerWorld or the Customizer panel of OpenSCAD. They are organized into sections:

SHAPE / TYPE

• type — Select the keychain shape from Jersey 1, Jersey 2, Jersey 3

GLOBAL SCALE / GLOBAL SCALE

• scale — Resizes the entire keychain while maintaining proportions. 1.0 = original dimensions. Range: from 0.3 (very small) to 3.0 (very large)

THICKNESS / THICKNESS

• base_thickness — Base thickness in mm. Default: 2.0 mm. Range: from 1.0 to 10.0
• body_detail_thickness — Thickness of the detail above the base in mm. Default: 1.0 mm. Range: from 0.4 to 5.0

BASE COLOR / BASE COLOR

• base_color_choice — Base color. Choose from the dropdown list of 42 available colors

DETAIL COLOR / DETAIL COLOR

• detail_color_choice — Detail color. Choose from the dropdown list

TEXT COLOR / TEXT COLOR

• text_color_choice — Number and name color. Choose from the dropdown list

NUMBER TEXT / NUMBER TEXT

• number_text — The number to engrave (e.g., "28", "10", "7")
• number_size — Font size in mm. Default: 24.5. Range: from 2.0 to 40.0
• number_x / number_y — Position of the number relative to the center of the keychain, in mm
• number_relief — Embossed height of the number in mm. With 0, the number is as high as the body's thickness
• number_font — Font used for the number
• number_halign — Horizontal alignment: center, left or right

NAME TEXT / NAME TEXT

• name_text — The name to engrave (e.g., "MARIO", "SOFIA", "TEAM")
• name_size — Font size in mm. Default: 8.0. Range: from 2.0 to 30.0
• name_x / name_y — Position of the name relative to the center of the keychain, in mm
• name_relief — Embossed height of the name in mm. With 0, it follows the body's thickness
• name_font — Font used for the name
• name_halign — Horizontal alignment: center, left or right

SHOW/HIDE PARTS / HIDE PARTS

• show_base — true / false — shows or hides the base
• show_body_detail — true / false — shows or hides the detail
• show_texts — true / false — shows or hides the texts

🔧 Printing Requirements

• Multi-material printer (Bambu Lab AMS or AMS Lite recommended)
• Filament: any PLA, PETG or ABS in desired colors
• No supports needed
• Layer : 0.4 mm , 0.2 mm
