Domino Rally Set Box (200-Piece Set)

Hello there! Ganapro is releasing another fun project! The Domino Rally!

This is a colorful 3D printed domino rally set designed for simple, endless, screen-free fun.

I originally made this for my nephews, and after printing the full set, we ended up playing together for hours without even realizing how much time had passed. Sometimes the simplest toys really do create the best moments.

This project includes a full set of 200 domino rally pieces plus a dedicated storage box designed specifically to hold 200 domino pieces neatly inside. Because yes… teaching kids to put their toys back is also part of the design :p

Each domino piece is sized as standard domino toys at:

20 × 7 × 45 mm

(I recommend using 0.6mm nozzle for faster print in batch.)

Print Recommendation

I recommend printing the domino pieces with a 0.6 mm nozzle for faster production.

Since you’ll be printing a lot of pieces, speed matters more than tiny details here. A 0.6 mm nozzle works great for this kind of simple geometric part and can save a lot of print time.

Suggested settings:

• Nozzle: 0.6 mm recommended
• Material: PLA / PETG
• Layer height: 0.30 mm
• Infill: 15% default is enough
• Supports: Not needed for the domino pieces/box
• Print multiple pieces per plate for better efficiency
• Mix up with your own preferred color combinations!

Notes

If the box lid feels too tight when fitting it into the main box body, lightly file or sand the contact area. No extra tools are required for assembly.

This is not the traditional numbered “domino game” style. It is a domino rally / toppling toy set, made for setting up chains and watching them fall one by one.

Print it in one color, or go crazy with multiple colors. The colorful version makes the set feel much more playful and is especially fun for kids.
