Description
This modular airsoft suppressor consists of four interlocking components, which are connected by a left turn as before. This improved version features a **twist-lock mechanism** that enables a precise and stable connection.
During assembly, you can easily orient yourself by the **seam lines**: If everything is correctly aligned, the seams of the base and top will be on the same side and can be rotated downwards towards the weapon for a clean look
In the future, **further variants of the components will (presumably) follow** as soon as new ideas come to me or someone has special requests – feel free to check my profile or write me a request in the comments
I used **Bambu PLA Matte** as the material; in my case, the outer shell is printed from **Sunlu PLA Matte**
Dimensions
- Overall length: 130 mm (approx. 5.12 in)
- Outer diameter: 38 mm (approx. 1.50 in)
- Inner diameter (Inner Tube): 28 mm (approx. 1.10 in)
- The **T238 Nano Tracer fits perfectly** inside
Assembly Instructions
The gif shows all 4 steps, or 5 steps with the Tracer
Make sure all **seams face the same side** so you can rotate them downwards towards the airsoft.
The **locking mechanism** may become slightly smoother with frequent use due to abrasion – but in my tests, it never became so loose that the parts detached unintentionally
