OREO x BTS Clicker Keychain — Bicolor Filling
NOTE: I've noticed that several of you are having trouble printing the top part. This is likely because you are not using the profile I uploaded, or you have a different printer that is not compatible. I have uploaded one for the P2S; if you need one for another printer, please let me know. In the future, I will create a model with profiles to simplify these cases. Thanks to the user who informed me!

🌟 Overview
This keychain reinterprets the iconic OREO cookie into a themed version inspired by the BTS collaboration, transformed into a compact, durable, and fully 3D printed optimized accessory by adding a keyboard switch for movement.
The main piece retains the classic cookie shape, now in purple color, with a bicolor filling that provides contrast and a visually striking finish.
💜 Available designs for the top face (5 designs)
The design is divided into profiles so you can download your favorite combination.
Includes:
- Borahae Heart — a heart with a hand making the heart gesture inside.
- BTS — Logo with the letters B, T, and S.
- BTS Logo — Symbolic, needs no introduction.
- Army Bomb — mini silhouette of the official v4 lightstick.
- Names - added model with the names of the BTS members.
💜 Available designs for the bottom face
- OREO
All parts are designed to be sufficiently robust and of a precise size.
Instructions
1.- Print bottom piece
It is important to maintain the profile settings because it uses painted supports, as the bottom face only touches the cookie's edge with the build plate.

It has enough bridges to hold the center piece and ensure overhangs print correctly. Important: Do not alter the print speed for these parameters.
2.- Remove supports
When removing the supports, all are easy except for the one in the interior center:

In this image, I was a bit rough and a line of the inner print came off. It's not a problem because it will be hidden when we glue the button.

This is what it should look like after removing the center. The shape of the opening is as shown.
3. - Printing the filling.
This is the easiest piece to print.

4.- Printing the top face
It has enough bridges to hold the center piece and ensure overhangs print correctly. Important: Do not alter the print speed for these parameters.
Freshly printed

After removing the supports

I recommend gently sanding the center after removing the supports
🔗 Assembly
1.- Glue on the base

2.- First, place the filling, then the switch.

At this point, the orientation of the switch is important because it will determine the orientation of the top layer.

I used something weighted, but not too heavy, to ensure the base adheres properly. I haven't been able to make this part of the clicker work without gluing, despite many tests.
3.- Let it dry. The time will depend on the glue you use. Assemble the top face you have printed.

In principle, it is not necessary to glue it. I've been using it intensely for two days and it hasn't failed. HAHAHAHA. But you can secure it by placing a drop of glue on the inner part of the cross on the top face.
